Powering Up
The following procedure should be followed before applying mains power:
1.
Check that the POWER switch is in the OFF (O) position.
2.
Verify that the model nameplate AC input specification match the local utility
power.
3.
Make sure that nothing is connected to any of the output terminals on the rear
panel.
4.
Verify the AC Line input specifications on the power source match the local utility
mains.
5.
Close the grid connection safety disconnect to apply power to the unit.
6.
Turn ON (I) the front panel POWER switch.
7.
If the instrument does not turn ON for some reason, turn OFF the POWER switch
and verify the presence of the correct AC line input voltage using appropriate safety
measures.

In Case of Malfunction
In the unlikely event of an instrument malfunction or if the instrument does not turn ON
despite the presence of the correct AC line voltage, please attach a warning tag to the
instrument to identify the owner and indicate that service or repair is required. Contact
Adaptive Power Systems or its authorized representative to arrange for service.
