Steps to checking/adjusting belt tension 
 

1.  Remove belt guard 

 

 

2.  Check belt(s) tension with belt tension tester. PDC-4 belts should be tensioned to 10lbs and 

PDC-3 belts should be tensioned to 6-7lbs.
