The scooter

battery can get damaged if it is not
charged for long periods.
Press the reset button and restart the
scooter.
Check all connectors and cables to
ensure they are connected and
adjusted.
The charging port has an
excessive current or a short
circuit.
Change to a new charging port.
Important Cautions
BATTERY CARE
1. Store the scooter and charge batteries at a temperature between 10-35°C. The higher
the temperature, the faster the batteries will self-discharge. Always try to keep your
batteries charged. Inspect batteries occasionally, ensuring the terminals are clean and
connections are tight.
2. Handle the batteries and charger with care. Do not overcharge.
3. We suggest that you purchase additional batteries for extra power requirements.
4. It is suggested to place the charger port into the battery case, ensuring the pin of the
charger is placed first before plugging into a socket.
