7. SWING
(only on models with swing function)
Used to activate automatic swing. Press once again to stop the air deflector at the required angle.
8. DISPLAY
Shows the set temperature in °C or °F (no unit shown for °F) and timer settings.
The room temperature is shown in DRY and FAN mode.
ERROR AND WARNING CODES
E1.
Error on room temperature sensor. Unplug and plug in the power cord. Contact your dealer if the fault
remains.
E2.
Error on evaporator temperature sensor. Unplug and plug in the power cord. Contact your dealer if the
fault remains.
E3.
Error on condenser temperature sensor. Unplug and plug in the power cord. Contact your dealer if the
fault remains.
E4.
Display communication error. Unplug and plug in the power cord. Contact your dealer if the fault
remains.
P1.
The bottom tray is full. Connect the drain hose and drain off the water. Contact your dealer if the fault
remains.
9. FOLLOW ME/TEMP SENSING (option)
NOTE:
This function can only be enabled from the remote control. The remote control functions as a remote
thermostat for precise temperature control where the remote control is located.
To enable the function Follow Me/Temp Sensing, point the remote control at the appliance and press the
Follow Me/Temp Sensing button. The display on the remote control shows the actual temperature at the
remote control. The remote control sends a temperature signal to the appliance at 3 minute intervals until
the Follow Me/Temp Sensing button is pressed again. If the appliance does not receive a temperature
signal in 7 minutes it gives an audio prompt to indicate that Follow Me/Temp Sensing is disabled.
10. ENERGY SAVING MODE
When the ambient temperature is lower (cooling) or higher (heating) than the set point temperature for
a set time the appliance automatically switches to energy saving mode. The compressor and fan motor
stop and the status light for the active mode goes on. When the ambient temperature is higher (cooling)
or lower (heating) than the set point temperature for a set time the appliance automatically switches to
energy saving mode. The status light goes off and the compressor and/or fan motor starts.
