Introduction
This appendix provides test records that can be used to record the performance of the ME7838A/E
Millimeter-Wave configuration VNA system and the WR05 test results of the ME7838G VNA system.
Make a copy of the following Test Record pages and document the measured values each time performance
verification is performed. Continuing to document this process each performance verification session provides
a detailed history of the instrument’s performance.
