9.7 P09 – (Yoghurt) Honey Yoghurt
1 litre full fat milk
1tbsp yoghurt with live cultures OR 1 probiotic capsule
60ml honey
1. Attach Chopping Blade
2. Place all ingredients in the jar then select YOGHURT (program 09) and start.
3. Leave for 8-10 hours (it will thicken with more time)
4. Store in the fridge. This yoghurt can then be used to culture future batches.
9.8 P11 – (Slow Cook) Potato and Chive Soup
500g Potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 Onion, peeled and cubed
1 Garlic clove, peeled
1 cup Milk
1 cup Chicken or Vegetable Stock
Salt
Cracked Black Pepper
¼ cup Sour Cream
3tbsp Chives, finely chopped
1. Attach Chopping Blade
2. Place all ingredients in the jar then select SLOW COOK (program 11) and start.
3. When completed, add and stir through sour cream and adjust seasoning
4. Garnish with chives
9.9 P12 – (Quick Soup) Yellow Sweet Potato Curry Soup
1 brown onion, peeled and quartered
2 garlic cloves, peeled
1cm ginger
2tbsp yellow curry paste
500g sweet potato, peeled and chopped
400g coconut cream
2tsp vegetable stock paste
salt
1. Attach Chopping Blade
2. Place all ingredients in the jar then select QUICK SOUP (program P12) and start.
3. Adjust seasoning to taste with salt.
*add water or extra coconut cream if a thinner soup is desired.
