Having a dedicated fltering server for each monitored link is not always required. You can deploy a single
fltering server that will protect multple links, as long as you can re-route the trafc towards it and re-inject the
cleaned trafc to a downstream router. For very large networks, a dedicated fltering server for each upstream link is
highly recommended.
