Scheduled Reports
One of the greatest strengths of the Console is the ease to generate complex Reports. Most Reports created
through the Side Region can be printed, exported as PDF or sent by email. But if you want to create periodic
Reports, go to Confguraton » Schedulers » Add Report.
Through
Scheduled Reports
you can confgure the Console to automatcally generate Reports and send
them by email to you or to your customers at preconfgured intervals of tme.
You can include more than one email address in the
Email To
feld separated by comma.
The emails are sent periodically according to the setngs in the
Scheduler
tab.
To see how the email would look like without waitng for the pre-confgured tme, enter a descripton, your
email address and then click the <<Save & Execute Now>> buton. You should receive an email with the Report
immediately.
The emails are formated as HTML messages and include MIME atachments, so make sure to use
compatble email clients.
