Lentil and Paprika Soup
Preparation: 10 minutes
1 small onion, diced
2 peppers, diced
2 cloves of garlic, finely sliced
1 tbsp. tomato puree
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tin of tomatoes
50g red lentils
200ml chicken stock
2 tbsp. chopped parsley

Rinse lentils in water.

Add onion, peppers, garlic, tomato puree, paprika, cumin, tomatoes, red
lentils and chicken stock to the soup maker.

Put the lid onto the jug and lock into place.
4.
Turn the soup maker on. You will hear a beep.
5.
Select Smooth soup. The beep will signal it has started and the light will flash
on and off.
6.
The soup will cook for 30 minutes. A beep will signal the soup maker has
finished.
7.
If you require a smoother consistency, select blend until the soup is as
required.
