Operator's Manual – Self-Loading Trailer
Anderson Group
5.2.2 Loading bales
To load bales:
1. Position the loading arm so that its forks are on either side of the bale to be loaded and
slowly move forward.
2. Once the bale is against the loading arm, raise the loading arm.
3. Once the bale has been loaded, lower the loading arm and repeat steps 1 to 3 for the second
bale.
4. To load bales on the second level (RBM2000 and RBM2000S), repeat the previous steps,
extending the loading arm when it is halfway through its travel. The bale will be loaded above
the bales that were previously loaded.
NOTE:
To ensure that the bales are transported safely, the row at
the back of the trailer must only have one level of bales
(Figure 19).
5. Once the first row of bales is loaded, lower the loading arm halfway through its travel and
activate the pusher.
6. When the pusher reaches the end of its travel, bring it back.
7. Repeat steps 1 to 8 for each row of bales until the trailer is full.
