your bales are firm and even. They will be easier to wrap,
will produce more airtight bales, and will result in more
efficient silage.
When should you wrap your bales?
It is best to wrap the bales as quickly as possible after
baling, since the bale begins fermenting immediately after
baling. A maximum delay of 12 hours is recommended, and
much less if it is very hot outdoors.
