6 Common adjustments
Before wrapping a bale, you will need to adjust:
l
The position of the support rollers (see "Adjusting
the support rollers" on page 22)
l
The position of the support belts (see "Adjusting the
support belts" on page 23)
l
The number of film rotations on each bale (see
"Programming the number of rotations per bale" on
page 21)
6.1 Adjusting the support rollers
The support rollers (A) are two conical rollers that hold the
bale while it is being wrapped. They are made of hard
plastic and are located at each end of the rotating table,
between the drive rollers.

In the factory, the support rollers are adjusted to fit bales
that are 1.2 m (4 ft.) wide. They can be positioned to fit
bales up to 1.5 m (5 ft.) wide.

To move the support rollers closer together or further
apart:
1. Remove the cotter pin at the end of the roller, under
the table.
