5 Operation of the IG-C3 bale counter
The IG- C3 bale counter can count the number of bales
wrapped per day. It also allows you to configure how much
film to put on each bale, based on the number of rotations.
It uses a rechargeable battery. If needed, use the provided
AC/DC charger. The bale counter is placed on the tractor,
near the driver.
The unit includes:

A liquid-crystal display with two lines

Four keypads

5.1 Startup
Press the
ON/OFF
button at the far left of the counter to
turn it on. The screen displays
Anderson
.
The home screen appears after five seconds. Table 5
describes the elements on the home screen.

5.2 Operation
Resetting the bale counter to zero
The bale counter automatically resets to zero every day. It
can also be manually reset for testing or other reasons. To
do this:
1. Press the
EFF. COMPT. JOURN
key.
2. Press
YES
to confirm that you want to reset the
bale counter to zero (
0
).
Resetting the rotation counter to zero
The rotation counter automatically resets to zero when a
bale is unloaded. It can also be manually reset for testing or
if a bale's wrapping cycle is interrupted before unloading.
To do this:
1. Press the
EFF. COMPT. TOUR
key.
2. Press
YES
to confirm that you want to reset the
rotation counter to zero (
0
).
Turning the screen lighting on or off
The internal battery uses 10 times less energy when the
screen lighting is off.
To turn off the screen lighting, press the
ON/OFF
key on
the right of the counter.
