NOTE:
The screen lighting will automatically turn
off after 20 seconds if the counter is not
used.
Returning to the home screen
To return to the home screen, press the
ON/OFF
key on
the left of the counter.
The data will be saved.
5.3 Programming — Advanced menu
How programming works
The advanced programming menu has four programs,
described below.
The various bale counter settings must be programmed
sequentially. You can only return to the home screen from
the fourth program.
Using programming mode
To enter programming mode, hold the
AJUST.SELECT
key
for three seconds. You can then move between programs
by pressing the
AJUST.SELECT
key.
In the programs, use the
-/+
keys to edit the number of
rotations and bales. To change the number more quickly,
hold the key for three seconds.
To reset the number to zero, hold the
-/+
keys at the same
time.
Programming the number of rotations per bale
The rotation counter allows you to set the number of
rotations of film to apply to each bale. To do this:
1. Hold the
AJUST.SELECT
key for three seconds.
The screen will display:
Enter the number of
revolutions, MAX: 00
.
2. Edit the number of rotations per bale by pressing
the
-/+
keys (min. 2, max. 80).
3. Press the
AJUST.SELECT
key to change programs.
The screen will display:
modify # bales Day:
000
.
NOTE:
Anderson Group recommends 18 rotations
with 76 cm (30 in.) plastic rolls, which
results in approximately four full layers of
film on the bale.
Programming the number of bales per day
The bale counter allows you to set the number of bales that
will be wrapped each day. To do this:
1. Edit the number of bales per day by pressing the
-
/+
keys.
2. Press the
AJUST.SELECT
key to change programs.
The screen will display:
modify # bales Year:
0000
.

The bale counter allows you to set the number of bales that
will be wrapped each year. To do this:
1. Edit the number of bales per year by pressing the
-
/+
keys.
2. Press the
AJUST.SELECT
key to change programs.
The screen will display:
Language: French or
English
.
Changing the language
The bale counter's display language can be set to English
or French.
1. Change the language by pressing the
-/+
keys.
2. Press the
AJUST.SELECT
key to return to the
home screen.
