User Guide – Round Bale Wrapper RB-200
Anderson Group
4.3 Unloading the bale
Tilting the table when it is improperly
aligned can cause major damage to
your machine.
1. Actuate the tractor lever that controls the three-
point hitch to tilt the table by lifting the tractor's
hydraulic arms.
NOTE:
The plastic film is not cut yet. It will
be cut when the next bale is
wrapped.
2. Once the bale is on the ground, lower the table by
lowering the tractor's hydraulic bars (Figure 20).

4.4 Placing and wrapping subsequent bales
1. Place a new bale in the middle of the drive rollers.
The bale must be placed on the plastic film (Figure
21).
Figure 21 — Placing the Second Bale
The bale will turn counterclockwise.
2. Actuate the hydraulic lever on your tractor to turn
the rotating table.
NOTE:
During this operation, the plastic
cutter will cut the film between the
previous bale and the new bale.
The bale placed on the ground can
then be collected.
When the maximum number of rotations per bale
that you configured has almost been reached, the
bale counter screen will blink and three beeps will
sound (for how to program the bale counter, see
"Programming — Advanced menu" on page 21).
The
wrapper
does
not
automatically stop when the
required number of rotations is
reached.
3. Stop wrapping when the table is correctly aligned,
with the centerline of the bale parallel to the tractor
axle, and the plastic cutter blade facing the
direction of unloading (Figure 22).
