NOTE:
The filter is located at the hydraulic oil tank inlet.
6.5 Cleaning and other maintenance
At the start of each day using the log loader:
l
Check the oil level in the hydraulic power unit.
l
Remove any flammable materials near the engine.
Weekly, or after every 50 hours of use:
l
Check the condition of the hydraulic hoses and cylinders.
l
Tighten any loose bolts on the various parts.
l
Clean the return line strainer on the hydraulic oil tank if it is clogged.
Annually:
l
Replace the hydraulic oil tank strainer.
l
Change the oil.
l
Perform maintenance on the Honda engine as recommended by the manufacturer.
6.6 Storage
If you will not be using the log loader for an extended period of time, store it on a level surface. For
your safety, chock the wheels to prevent the trailer from moving.
Close the fuel supply valve to prevent gasoline from seeping into the engine base.
NOTE:
Anderson Group strongly recommends cleaning and performing general
maintenance on the machine before storing it for long periods.
