Analytik Jena AG offers a number of color or FRET modules of which up to six can be
installed simultaneously in the device. Replacement and retrofit of color or FRET mod-
ules can be easily accomplished.
qTOWER³ 84 is an open platform for real-time PCR and supports both intercalating
dyes as well as individual samples and kits of various manufacturers. qTOWER³ 84 can
be used in different applications, such as expression analyses, genotyping and the de-
tection of pathogens.
qTOWER³ 84 is fully controlled from the PC using the program qPCRsoft384.
