Unable to
pair the robot
with the
smartphone
1. The smartphone is
not connected to the
home Wi-Fi network.
2. The Wi-Fi network is
over 2.4 GHz.
3. The distance
between the robot
and the smartphone
is too great.
4. The robot is already
paired with another
smartphone.
1. Connect your
smartphone to the
home Wi-Fi network.
2. Connect your robot to a
2.4 GHz network.
3. Move closer to the
robot with your
smartphone.
4. Ask the owner user for
permission to share the
robot.

The robot is
offline
1. The robot has run
out of battery.
2. The robot is not on
its home base and is
hibernating.
1. Charge the robot using
its home base.
2. Manually exit the robot
from hibernate. Press
the power button on
the robot.
