Please contact AMIBOT technical department in the following
cases:
• If the appliance has been dropped, damaged or come into
contact with water.
• If the power cable is damaged.
• If the battery is defective.

find the dust
collector”
The dustbin is not
inserted correctly. Check that the dustbin is
inserted correctly.

“Please check if the
radar on top has
been covered or
blocked”
The laser is frozen.
Carefully clean the laser
and place the robot on a
flat surface.

“Please place me in
a new location and
try again”
Position problem.
Place the robot on a flat
surface and restart a
cleaning cycle.

“Please scrub the
cliff sensor, and
restart me from a
new location”
Problem with the gap
sensors. The sensors
are dirty. Check the gap sensors and
clean them using a soft
cloth.
