Open the enclosure door. Remove both flow control knobs by loosening the 2 set screws with 1/16” Hex

wrench until the knobs slip off the valve stem.

6.

Remove the (4) Philips screws holding the front panel. Lift the front panel carefully off of the analyzer

while monitoring the internal cabling.

7.

When accessible, disconnect the 3 cables from the front panel and set front panel aside.
