19. INSTALL LIMIT/CAM & MECHANICAL STOPS

INSTALL

1. Unroll the Limit Switch/Cam Electrical Cables.
2. Loosen the Limit Switch/Cam Assembly, slide each into their respective positions

and fasten.

3. Make adjustments to the Limit Switch/Cam Assembly is needed.

ENSURE THAT THE

LIMIT SWITCH BRACKETS DON’T MOVE WHEN THE CAM PASSES BY.

4. Install the Mechanical Stops on each side of the uppermost Rail Assembly.

ENSURE

THAT THE DISTANCE BETWEEN THE TOP OF THE CARRIAGE ROLLER AND THE

BOTTOM OF THE MECHANICAL STOP IS 1-7/16”.

ENSURE THAT THE LIMIT

SWITCH BRACKETS DON’T

MOVE WHEN THE CAM

PASSES BY.

WARNING

ENSURE THAT THE

DISTANCE BETWEEN

THE BOTTOM OF THE

MECHANICAL STOPS

AND THE TOP OF THE

CARRIAGE ROLLER IS

1-7/16”.
