UTILITY VEHICLE SET-UP, PRE DELIVERY CHECKLIST
AND WARRANTY ACTIVATION

VISUALLY - inspect for damage WELDS - inspect for missing
FASTENERS - inspect for missing bolts, nuts CLEAN UP - check clean up of unit
CHECK ORDER - verify all items are as ordered DECALS – inspect for missing decals
LOOSE COMPONETS – verify all are there
OWNER MANUAL - verify all are there
PRE-DELIVERY
TIRES – adjust pressure to proper specification KEYS - verify operations of key switch
WHEELS – check lug and axle nut for proper torque LIGHTS - verify proper operation of all lights
CAGE – check to insure cage is assembled properly AXLE – inspect attachment and wheel bearings
FASTENERS - check all fasteners for proper torque ENGINE – check engine RPM’s for settings
TRANSAXLE – insure oil level is correct SEAT RESTRAINTS - insure installed properly
PARKING BRAKE – insure that working correctly SEATS - insure seat is installed properly
DUMP BED – insure latch is adjusted properly GUARDS - inspect for missing bolts, nuts, guards
SHIFT LEVER – insure working properly THROTTLE – insure throttle is working properly
BRAKE – insure brake is adjusted and working
OIL – insure that engine oil level is correct
BATTERY – insure that it is fully charged
