Setting the Auto TS border spreading vane
(1) Telescope identification

(4) Thumb nut
1. Undo thumb nut.
2. Read the set value from the setting chart.
3. Set the telescopic part of the border spreading vane to the re-
quired value on the scale.
4. Tighten the thumb nut.
Setting the boundary spreading vane TS
•
to a higher value causes an elongation of the spreading range
toward the border,
•
to a smaller value causes a reduction of the spreading range
toward the field.
Replacing the telescope (A, A+, B, C, D) for the boundary spreading
vane, see page 82.
