The local console
resolution is set to 1600 x
1200 but remote

the other is the remote
system’s mouse pointer.
You can shrink the non-functioning pointer
so that it is almost invisible. See

The display on the
remote console is
distorted and performing
an Autosync doesn’t
resolve the problem.
Autosync is unable to
ascertain the proper
resolution.
1. Switch ports to a port with a different
resolution, then switch back.
2. If the above didn’t resolve the problem,
change the resolution and refresh rate
for the system running on the port.
Afterward, you can either run at the new
resolution, or switch back to the original
resolution.
