Ba eries Check the state of charge. Charge if necessary.
Charger Connec on Port Check for normal opera on. Free of damage.
Accelerator Pedal Check for normal opera on.
Brake System Check for normal opera on.
Parking Brake System Check for normal opera on
Direc onal Selector Check for normal opera on. Forward, Neutral & Reverse.
Reverse Warning Indicator Check for normal opera on.
Steering Check for normal opera on. No excessive play.
Tires Check for proper in fl a on, wear & damage.
Body & Chassis Check for missing parts and damage.
Vehicle Hardware ‐ All Check ghtness of all bolts, nuts, screws & rivets.
Monthly Inspec on by Owner or
an Authorized Service Personnel
Ba eries
Check electrolyte level. Fill when fully charged. Do not over fi ll.
Clean & check ba ery connec ons for ghtness.
Apply Terminal Protectant.
Brakes Check brake fl uid level. Fill if necessary.
Check all items / Listed in the Per Use by Owner.
Quarterly Inspec on by an Owner
or Authorized Service Personnel
Accelerator Pedal Check for normal opera on. Adjust if necessary.
Driving System Perform lubrica on as per the schema c diagram.
En re Car Perform lubrica on as per the schema c diagram.
Check all items / Listed in the Per Use & Monthly Interval.

Ba eries Check on Charge Voltage per Ba ery.
Wires Check wire condi on. Cracks / Damage / Short Circuit.
Brake System Adjust or replace brake components if necessary.
Direc onal Selector Check wire & contact connec on. Secure.
Front Wheel Alignment Check and adjust when necessary.
Suspension Check for leaking shock absorbers / damaged springs.
En re Car Perform lubrica on as per the schema c diagram.
Check all items / Listed in the Per Use, Monthly & Quarterly Interval.
Annual Inspec on by an
Authorized Service Personnel
Ba eries Perform Discharge Test.
Steering Check steering knuckle bushing free play.
Motor Check overall opera on.
Front Wheel Bearings Lubricate. Check wheel nut ghtness.
Rear Axle Bearings Check rear axle bearings for excessive play / noise.
Transaxle Check & Fill oil level if necessary. Check for leaks.
Check all items / Listed in the Per Use, Monthly, Quarterly & Semi ‐ Annual Interval.
