Also excluded from any Alpha EV warranty are all fuses, decals (Except Safety Decals), light bulbs, lubricants, trim pieces,
seats, and rou ne wear items such as the charger cord, plug and receptacle, brake pads / shoes, bushings, mats and pads,
maintenance adjustments, cosme c deteriora on, and items which deteriorate of fail due to exposure of normal wear and
tear.

under this warranty shall be

Operate and maintain the Alpha EV and associated components as speci
fi
ed in the Owner’s & Operator’s Manual.
Give no ce to an authorized Alpha EV Dealer of any and all apparent defects within 7 days (One Week) a er discovery.
During this me the vehicle / components must be made available to an Authorized Alpha EV Dealer for inspec on,
diagnosis and poten al repair.
Alpha EV makes no addi onal expressed or implied warranty of any kind. All implied or expressed warran es outside of this
document are hereby disclaimed by Alpha EV and excluded from this warranty.
Voiding
of
Warranty:
This and any other warranty shall be void if the vehicle is abused or used in an unintended manner or shows indica ons that it
has been altered in any way, including, but not limited to, modi
fi
ca on of the factory speed se ng, re diameters, braking
system, steering, transaxle, or other opera ng system of the car causing it to perform outside of Alpha EV Speci
fi
ca ons.
The warranty is likewise void if the vehicle involved shows indica ons that reasonable or necessary maintenance as outlined
in the Owner’s & Operator’s Manual was not performed at the me and in the manner speci
fi
ed in such manuals.
* Some states allow neither limita on on the dura on of an implied warranty, nor exclusions or limita ons of incidental or
consequen al damages. Therefore the above limita ons or exclusions may not apply to you.
