Follow the current anti-pollution laws when
handling used oil.
Before you start working, check lubricant
level.
Before checking, topping up or replacing
lubricants, clean the parts carefully.
Every day before starting the work chek
by visual level indicator that the lubricants
are at correct level in gearbox; possibly to
filling the level from the filling-plug.
Always use the same type of oil.
Consult table «RECOMMENDED LUBRI-
CANTS» for further information.
Oil should be changed after 50 working
hours and after that, every 400 hours,
or at least once a year.
This should be done in an equipped
workshop with lifting systems suitable for
the machine, and stabilised with suitable
supports.
Drain the oil by removing the drain-plug.
WARNING! Before grease
can be injected into the
grease nipples, carefully
clean the greasing unions to
prevent mud, dust or foreign bodies
from mixing with the grease as this
could impair or even annul its lubricat-
ing effect.

En poner en función el aparejo por la
primera vez verificar el nivel lubricante
como descrito.
Antes de ejecutar las operaciones de
control, restablecer o sustituir lubricante,
limpiar esmeradamente las partes o las
áreas interesadas.
Antes de iniciar el trabajo siempre
controlar el nivel del aceite en el cambio
de velocidad a través de la espía de
nivel o el astina de nivel, eventualmente
restablecerlo introduciendo aceite desde
tapón de carga.
Utilizar siempre el mismo tipo de aceite.
Vèase la tabla «LUBRICANTES ACON-
SEJADOS».
Ejecutar el primer cambio después de
50 horas de trabajo y sucesivamente
después de 400 horas o al menos una
vez al año.
Esta operación debe ser ejecutada en
taller equipado con medios de levanta-
miento adecuados al peso de la máqui-
na haciéndola estable con apropiados
soportes.
Descargar el aceite destornillando la tapa
de descarga.
ATENCIÓN! Antes de inyec-
tar grasa lubricante en los
engrasadores es necesario
limpiar bien los racores de
engrase para evitar que el fango, el
polvo u otros corpos extraños se
mezclen con la grasa y disminuyan o
incluso anulen el poder lubricante.
