6.0 Mounting Information

6.1 Mounting the Skid-Pac

The Allied Skid-Pac is a vibratory plate compactor,
designed for mounting on skid-steer tired or track-
type vehicles. Designed specifically for use with skid-
steers, installation of the Skid-Pac requires no
additional mounting or hydraulic kits. Power to
operate the Skid-Pac is provided by the skid-steer’s
auxiliary hydraulic circuit.

The Skid-Pac can be attached once the bucket is
removed from the carrier. It’s attached to the skid-
steer in the same manner as mounting a bucket.

IMPORTANT

Additional information is required if equipped with
a non-standard coupler. Must provide make,
model, series and serial number.

The Top Frame serves as the connection point used
to attach the Skid-Pac to the coupler of the skid steer.

The standard top frame is designed to fit the
‘Universal’ style quick-coupler.
