Pump & Lube Line
1. If not already installed, refer to the pump
installation instructions in 6.6. Refer to above
figure for assembly. (Parts table in Section 11)
2. Assemble element and relief valve assembly
according to the figure. Repeat with 2
nd
hose
assembly.
3. Route lube lines along the existing hydraulic
hoses. Allow for proper slack at pivot joints. Wrap
any hose susceptible to damage from rubbing.
IMPORTANT
Route hoses avoiding sharp bends. Wrap any hose
susceptible to damage from rubbing. Before cutting
hose, check for proper length to both termination
points, knowing where each component mounts.
4. Measure, cut and assemble connectors to lube
lines according to figure 6-3. Quick disconnect
couplers are provided for easy connection and
removal of the breaker.
5. Secure lube lines with supplied nylon ties.
6. For the location of port ‘G’, refer to breaker’s
Operating Manual. Location of the ‘G’ port can
vary. Typical location is on the valve housing or
back head. The port is marked “G”.
