That single controller behavior should result in the following:
1.
Output is not owned until the Claim connection is made.
2.
Any disruption in the Claim connection causes the I/O module to switch
to the Ready path.
3.
When the Claim connection recovers from the disruption, the I/O
module switches back to Claim.
Multiple Controller Behavior
For multiple controllers, the applications synchronize the behavior between the
controllers. Note Ethernet modules A and B, and RedundantOutputA and
RedundantOutputB.

IMPORTANT
If you use ControlLogix Redundancy as the multiple controller system, then you
do not have to manage the dual controllers. If you use any other method, then
you must manage the primary and secondary controllers yourself. This
application does not manage the controllers, just the I/O.
