5. Polish the slide lacquer to a black shiny
surface which will now last about a year.
Proceed in the same way with the threads of
the bowl body and with the guide surfaces of
the bowl hood and bowl body.
3.6.3 Brake
1. Shut off and then disconnect the air supply to
the brake.
2. Remove the cover from the separator frame if
not already done.
3. Dismantle the brake unit by compressing it in
a screw wise and remove the two stop screws
(2), see the illustration.
WARNING
Risk for eye injury by flying
parts
Be careful when decompressing the unit, the
spring power can rip parts.
