Short Cut
This option provides to define or modify the function of the 'short cut'
(different for opening and closing hours).
Enter the administration
menu.
Press <7> for
'Automated Attendant'.
Press <1> for 'Opening
hours menu' (or <2>
for 'Closing hours
menu').
Press <6> for change
'Short cut'.
Enter number of the
desired function.
Press <#> to confirm.
Short cut
If the caller should not have the need to select a function in the main
menu, there is the possibility to perform one defined function automatiĆ
cally.
Technical details:
The default setting is: Common mailbox.
You must not record a name and personal greeting for this mailbox.
An default announcement is used.
