2.  The option for enabling RAID will be found on the “Peripherals” screen. On this screen, 

arrow down to the “South OnChip IDE Device” as shown below. Press <Enter> which will 

take you to a submenu. Arrow down to the “ATI SATA Type” item.    Then press <Enter> 
again to access the next submenu. Arrow down to the “RAID” item and press <Enter>.

After you complete the instructions above, save the settings and exit the BIOS Setup Utility
