Pilot target group
The RIDE3 is a tandem paraglider. You must be in possession of the appropriate licence and
insurances to fly with passengers.
LTF and EN category
The AirDesign RIDE3 has been classified as EN-B and LTF-B.
The glider has been type-tested for
“
one- and two-
seated”
use.
Suitability for training
The AIRDESIGN RIDE3 is NOT suitable for training or use in the school environment.
Recommended weight range
The RIDE must only be flown within the certified weight range as stated in the technical data
under section 3. The take-off weight includes pilot plus passenger, clothing, glider, harness,
equipment etc.
The RIDE reacts to a variation in loading with a reduction or increase of trim-speed. The
performance remains more or less the same.

Harness
The RIDE3 is type-tested for use with all modern harnesses

rated as GH.
