4.7 Teach Screen Function Explanations

Show All: All tasks are shown
•
Show Masters: Displays tasks that have been set as a master. This is designated by a solid box,
all other tasks are hidden.

Show Any Selected : Displays the tasks in an event that have been selected either by a check or
solid box, all other tasks are hidden.
General Image
Image List Control: Photo linked to an image command (nozzle, component, etc)

Message: Example: Use nozzle NTXXX with photo of nozzle attached
•
FootSwitch: Event is footswitch or time-based
•
Show 1

Image: Automatically show first image, max image size

File Links: Label for list of images, double click for max image size
•
Allow Rotate: Image can rotate to match board image rotation

Load / Unload Board

Load / Unload Board (message box): Load or Unload board

Z Axis – Load Position(mm): (min 0 mm / max 250 mm) Use 55.000 for ease of access

X Axix – Load Position(mm): (min 100 mm/max 1680 mm) Use 380.000 for ease of access

Park X-Axis / Board Carrier: Park carrier after load/unload
