Use Default Object Size:
Unchecked adjusts object dimensions (yellow box) for non-
standard activity. Example: Square flow well against yellow box (flow well below focal
height).

Size (X) (mm): (min 0 mm / max 150 mm)

Size (Y) (mm): (min 0 mm / max 150 mm)
Skip Next Task:
Example: If second pass barrel cleaning not required, as per inspection after first pass
cleaning, skip next event (second pass barrel cleaning)

Restart Event:
Primary use is to restart barrel cleaning if a force error occurs (discuss)

Use Heater By-Pass Flow:
Can be used for component cooling after reflow.

Use High-Flow Range:
High flow range for large nozzles (adds 3.0 SCFM).

Temperature (°C):
(min 0 / max 650) Temperature setting for nozzle heater (discuss)

Use Stabilize Option:
When checked use nozzle heater stabilization routine as per below:

Stabilize Channel:
When checked (Noz Htr Stblz) use hot gasa head TC.
•
Stabilize Temperature (°C):
(min 0 / max 300) Target temp for hot gas head TC
•
Stabilize Range (°C):
(min 0 / max 300) Acceptable range (minus/plus)
•
Stabilize Delay (sec):
(min 0 / max 1000) Max time before error message
