When selected as the modulation type, the options will be

When selected as the modulation type, the options will be

When activated, the modulation source will be available at the MOD IN/OUT
connection on the rear panel.
The output modulation signal amplitude is fixed at 1Vpp for Filtered and Encoded
data and 3.3Vpp for Binary data.
Sync output
From the SYNC OUT connection on the rear panel, a 3.3V logic level signal can be
received in a number of different formats. The options are
Off, Start, Bitrate
or
Bitrate/2
.
Selecting
Start
will output a signal that goes high for a one-bit period at the start of
the pattern.
Selecting
Bitrate
will output a signal that is a square waveform with 50% duty cycle
at the user defined bit rate.
Selecting
Bitrate/2
will output a signal that is a square waveform with 50% duty
cycle at half the user defined bit rate.
To activate the sync output, select the
Sync Out
parameter window, select the
required output format and touch
OK.
