2 conductor cable = Communication Wires

4 conductor cable = flow cell connections

8 conductor cable = power in, shifting valves and remote switch

When driving a Westfalia Surge gray shifting valve the Black + and Green + wires

should be hooked to the center terminal on the gray shifting valve. The white wire

hooks up to the milk line shutoff side of the valve and the red wire hooks to the

vacuum cylinder side of the valve. (The gray shifting valve uses a positive ground)
