CAUTION 

After  all  the  hardware  and  wiring  has  been 

completed  and  double  checked,  it  is  time  to 

power up the system.  
 

There  is  no  particular  start  up  order  in  which 

the power supplies need to be turned on. 
 

After  power  is  on  to  the  entire  system  and  all 

the  hardware  components  have  power,  the 

system will need to be set-up.  
 

LOGIN AND PASSWORD:  
 

It will take a couple of minutes for the computer 

to boot-up. After it is booted up it will ask for the 

login code which is AIC and then a password it 

is also AIC.  
 

After the login and password has been entered 

mover  the  curser  or  touch  the  lower  left  hand 

corner  of  the  computer  screen,  as  you  would 

be  starting  windows  and  bring  up  the  start 

menu.  Click  on 

internet 

and  then 

chromium 

web browser. 

The computer will now show the 

first  AIC  cow  screen.  To  proceed  into  the 

program  touch  the  or  click  on  the  cow  screen 

and  proceed  to  the  desired  Tracker  Elite 

category.

up and Operating Manual) 

 

Checking the communication network: 

 

  1.  Switch  the  system  from  milk  to  wash  and/or 

wash to milk. All the detacher controls should 

change providing the set-up is done correctly. 

   

2.  Check  the  read  range  of  the  ID  system  by 

placing a RFID tag in the read field in front of 

the antenna’s  and observing the green light 

on  the  readers.  The  green  light  will  flash 

when the tag is read. A good read range will 

be     25-30 inches.  

 

3.  View  the  diagnostic  page  3  and    check  for 

communication  network  poll  errors  for  each 

stall.  There  should  be  zero  or  less  than  10 

communication errors.  

 

 
 

Touch Screen Calibration 

It maybe necessary from time to time or during 

start up to calibrate the touch screen. To do so: 

1.Press or click on the start area on the lower 

left hand side of the monitor screen.  

2.Press or click on preferences.  

3.Press or click on calibrate touch screen.  

4.Touch on the screen the red (X’s) 4 will 

appear.
