8.4 Dopo le prime 100 ore di lavoro
Personale richiesto: 1 OPERATORE
Sostituire l'olio della scatola ingranaggi procedendo
nel modo seguente:
• Svitare il tappo di sfiato 1 e il tappo di scarico 2 (Fig.
8-4), se necessario smontare la protezione 3.
• Fare uscire tutto l’olio.
• Avvitare il tappo di scarico 2.
• Immettere olio tipo ROLOIL “VARIAX-EP/85W140
GL-5”, o equivalente, dalla sede del tappo 1 e nella
quantità indicata in tabella 8-2.
• Avvitare il tappo di sfiato 1 e rimontare la protezione
3 (se precedentemente smontata).
8.5 Ogni 300 ore di lavoro
Sostituire l'olio della scatola ingranaggi seguendo le
indicazioni del punto 8.4.
8.4 After the first 100 working hours
Required staff: 1 OPERATOR
Replace the gearbox oil as follows:
• Unscrew the breather plug 1 and the drain plug 2
(Fig. 8-4), if necessary remove the cover 3.
• Drain the oil completely.
• Tighten the drain plug 2.
• Fill in ROLOIL “VARIAX-EP/85W140 GL-5” lube or
equivalent by the seat of the plug 1, in the quantity
shown in Table 8-2.
• Tighten the breather plug 1 and reinstall the cover 3
(if previously removed).
8.5 Every 300 working hours
Replace the oil in the gearbox as described at point
8.4.
