Descrizione della macchina
Lo spandiconcime trainato con distribuzione cen
-
trifuga è una macchina operatrice agricola per la
distribuzione su campo di fertilizzante minerale
solido sotto forma granulare o polverulenta. Que
-
sta macchina può essere utrilizzata anche per
la distribuzione di semi, sale e sabbia sempre in
forma solida.
È stato progettato per spargere, in maniera regolare
e uniforme il materiale contenuto nella tramoggia di
carico e può raggiungere una larghezza di spaglio
che varia dai 6 ai 18 metri a seconda della velocità
di traino.
La macchina è costituita principalmente da:
1. Telaio
dotato di assale con ruote, timone e gancio
di traino;
2. Tramoggia di carico
con capacità da 250-300-
350 litri.
3. Gruppo distributore
situato nella parte inferiore
e composto da un agitatore articolato per smuovere
eventuali blocchi di concime; un dosatore e un disco
spargitore con palette radiali regolabili.
4. Sistema di trasmissione disinseribile
. Il disco
spargitore è messo in movimento da un gruppo di
trasmissione disinseribile collegato alle ruote dello
spandiconcime.
Il gruppo di trasmissione è dotato di un
disinnesto
meccanico

, indispensabile quando lo span

5. Sistema di regolazione.

2.2 Machine description
The towed fertiliser spreader with centrifugal distri
-
bution is an agricultural machine for on-the-field
distribution of solid mineral fertiliser in granular or
powder form. The machine can also be used for
the distribution of seeds, salt and sand, again in
solid form.
It has been designed to regularly and uniformly
scatter the material contained in the loading hopper
with a distribution width ranging from 6 to 18 metres
according to the towing speed.
The machine consists mainly of:
1. Frame
provided with axle with wheels, drawbar
and towing hook.
2. Loading hopper
with capacity of 250-300-350
litres.
3. Distributor unit
located in the lower part and
consisting of a jointed mixer to shift any lumps of
fertiliser; a metering unit and a spreader disc with
adjustable radial blades.
4. Disconnectable transmission system.
The spreader disc is driven by a disconnectable
transmission unit connected to the fertiliser spreader
wheels.
The transmission unit is provided with a

5. Adjustment system.
vertical movement of the

determines the exact
amount of fertiliser to be distributed, while horizontal
movement of the
distribution adjustment lever

sets three distribution angles: 180°, 90° to the
left, 90° to the right.
The motive power for operation of the machine is
provided by the wheels when the machine is towed
with the transmission device engaged.
One single operator can perform all the various
operations required.
