RESPONSIBILITY OF EXEMPTION
When using this product, AGR will not be liable for compensation or legal liability due to direct or
indirect personal injury, property damage, etc. due to the following reasons:
1.
The operator did not comply with local laws and regulations.
2.
The operator has not obtained our training qualification certificate.
3.
Operator's operation error or subjective judgment error.
4.
Other damages that are not within the scope of AGR.
5.
Compensation for any mental damage caused by the accident.
6.
Natural wear, decay, circuit aging, etc. cause the product itself to run poorly.
7.
Fly in areas with strong interference such as radio transmission towers, high-voltage lines,
and substations.
8.
Did not read the user manual carefully, and did not perform all installation and operation
according to the instructions.

Improper maintenance, unauthorized
disassembly
, repair, modification or replacement of
original accessories of A

10.
Improper storage, such as subject to strong impact,
squeeze
, or placed in an inappropriate
environment (such as in the event of fire).
11.
Fly in areas not suitable for flight, such as no-fly zones, public safety places, over crowds, or
dangerous areas.
12.
The operator caused the accident by operating the drone under poor physical or mental
conditions such as drinking, drug use, drug anesthesia, dizziness, fatigue, and nausea.
13.
There are obvious signs or
prompts
indicating that the product is abnormal, the operator
has not inspected or paid attention during the flight, which caused the abnormality to be
undetected, or it has been found but continues to be used.
