Exchanging a Lamp

Replace the front cover.

Next Steps:

Reset the lamp counter as described in the User Interface
documentation.

Turn the lamp ON.

Give the lamp more than 10 min to warm-up.

Perform

“Wavelength Verification-Calibration”

page 108 to check the correct positioning of the lamp.
