The
16451B
provides
two
applicable
electrodes
,
Electrode-C(electrode
for
large
thin
lm
electrodes)
and
Electrode-D
(electrode
for
small
thin
lm
electrodes),
for
the
Contacting
Electrode
method
(Thin
Film
electrode)
to
match
the
size
of
the
test
material
as
shown
in
Figure
3-12.
When
these
electrodes
are
used,
the
diameter
of
the
thin
lm
guarded
electrode
must
be
smaller
than
the
inner
diameter
of
the
guarded
electrode
of
the
16451B
and
the
diameter
of
the
thin
lm
guard
electrode
must
be
greater
than
the
inner
diameter
of
the
guarded
electrode
of
the
16451B.
