Thank you for purchasing this Æsir Copenhagen mobile
phone (the “product”).
Your Æsir Copenhagen phone has a limited
international warranty in accordance to the terms and
conditions as stipulated below.
This limited warranty does not affect any of your legal
(statutory) rights under the applicable mandatory
national laws against the seller.
Our warranty
Æsir Copenhagen warrants the original purchaser
that this product is free from defects in material and
workmanship and operates properly under normal use.
Warranty period
The warranty period extends from the date the product
is sold to the end user for the first time, evidenced by the
purchase receipt.
The warranty period for the phone, including its battery,
is 24 months.
To the extent permitted by national law, repairing,
replacing or reselling the product shall not extend the
warranty period. In the case the product is repaired or
replaced during the warranty period, the repaired or
replaced part/parts shall be warranted for 60 days from
the date of repair or replacement or the remaining
warranty period for the original product, whichever is
longer.
Warranty cover
If the product does not comply with this warranty
during the warranty period, it will be repaired or
replaced, at Æsir Copenhagen’s discretion and without
charge, by Æsir Copenhagen in accordance with the
terms and conditions of this limited liability. If repair
or replacement is not possible, Æsir Copenhagen
will refund the purchase price of the product less a
reasonable amount for usage.
Conditions
You must present the original receipt issued by the
dealer, bearing the date of purchase.
Before you deliver your product for warranty service,
you must disable any security passwords.
Important notices
As all user information may be erased from the unit
during repair or replacement, it is your responsibility to
keep backup copies of the contents. Æsir Copenhagen
will not be liable for any loss of data.
Repair or replacement may involve the use of equivalent
reconditioned units. Replaced parts or components
shall become the property of Æsir Copenhagen.
What is not covered
This warranty does not cover
– any failure of the product due to misuse, including
but not limited to use outside the normal and
customary manner, described in Æsir Copenhagen’s
instructions for use and maintenance of the product;
– cosmetic damage, including but not limited to
scratches and dents;
– any failure of the product, if the product has been
exposed to spillage of food or liquids, to moisture
or to extreme thermal or environmental conditions,
to corrosion or oxidation or to influence from
chemical products;
– any failure of the product which has been caused
by use of non-Æsir Copenhagen original accessories
or products or by the use of Æsir Copenhagen original
accessories or products other than those specified in
this user guide;
– any failure of the product, if it has been opened,
modified or repaired by a non-Æsir Copenhagen
Customer Service;
– any failure of the product caused by any software
and/or service not manufactured or supplied by
Æsir Copenhagen installed to the device and
defects or alleged defects caused by third party or
user manipulated or misused software installed
to the device;
– any failure of the product caused by external causes
including but not limited to fire, earthquake, battery
leakage, or other acts beyond the reasonable control
of Æsir Copenhagen.
