Internal antenna
The phone has an internal antenna. For optimal
antenna performance, avoid touching the antenna
area – at the upper rear section of the phone –
when the phone is switched on.
In no way or form should this antenna be modified,
and it should only be replaced by Æsir Copenhagen
Customer Service. Modifying the antenna in any way
or form may damage the phone and reduce the radio
frequency performance, and may violate guidelines
concerning SAR levels. These guidelines employ a unit
of measurement known as the Specific Absorption
Rate (SAR), describing the amount of radio frequency
(RF) energy absorbed by the body when using a mobile
phone. The limits are based on scientific studies and
include a safety margin, ensuring the safety of all
people regardless of age and health.
When using the phone, hold it correctly, i.e. against
the ear, as you would hold a traditional landline phone.
Avoid covering the internal antenna (top rear) as this
may affect the antenna’s performance and may require
the device to operate at a higher power level, which
reduces the operating times between recharging.
Electronic devices
This phone emits low levels of RF energy when it is
switched on. It is normal for the majority of modern
electronic equipment to be shielded from RF signals.
Some items may not be shielded.
Turn your phone off in any facility where notices request
you to do so.
Do not use your phone near medical equipment
without permission. In public facilities, e.g. hospitals,
equipment that is particularly sensitive to RF signals
is often in use.

Emergency calls
Ensure your phone is switched on. Enter the official or
designated emergency number for your region and press
the
Call
key.
When connected to the emergency services, listen
carefully to instructions. Only end the call when you
have been given permission by the emergency services.
Children
Do not allow children to play with your phone or its
accessories. They could hurt themselves or others or
could accidentally damage the phone or its accessories.
Your phone or its accessories may contain small parts
that could be detached and create a choking hazard.
Keep them out of the reach of small children.
Blackouts and seizures
Flashing lights may cause blackouts and seizures to
persons, even if they have never had one before. If you
experience seizures, blackouts, eye- or muscle-twitching,
disorientation or loss of awareness, stop using the
phone and consult a physician.
Repetitive motion
When performing repetitive activities such as keying in,
discomfort may occasionally occur in the hands, arms,
shoulders, neck or other body parts. Avoid this by taking
frequent breaks. If you experience discomfort, stop
using the phone and see a physician.
Safety precautions
Check to see if there are regulations in force that
prohibit the use of mobile phones. Always turn off your
phone where its use is prohibited.
Always turn off your phone when it may cause
interference or danger.
Your mobile phone contains transmitting equipment
and should always be used in the normal operating
position, i.e. against the ear as you would a traditional
landline phone, for your safety.
Only use Æsir Copenhagen supplied or authorised
accessories and parts. Any unauthorised alterations to
the phone after manufacture could violate regulations
and cause damage to the phone.
