The following cowl preparation steps will assist
you during a later step to make the cowl installa-
tion quicker and more accurate
1. Slide cowl onto fuse and bolt in place. Place a
small piece of masking tape directly behind cowl
onto fuselage

Important step DO NOT skip
2. Place another small piece of masking tape onto
the cowl as shown
3. Centered on the tape draw an alignment mark
onto both the cowl and fuselage tape.
Note:
This step will help you to align the paper
template for cutting out the hot air exit slots
during a later step.
