AEROPLANE FLIGHT MANUAL
6.1. Introduction
This Section contains the limitations of the useful load, within which the
aeroplane may be operated safely.
The procedure for weighing aeroplane is contained in the Maintenance
Manual of the AT-3 R100 aeroplane. Any change in the weight of the
empty aeroplane, e.g. after new equipment is fitted, repairs or re-
painting, will necessitate re-calculation of the table 6.3 “Weight and
Balance Schedule” of this manual. The equipment installed in this
aeroplane is shown in the List of Equipment in Section 6-4.
6.2. Weight and Balance Calculation
In order to calculate the weight and centre of gravity of the aeroplane,
one of the following procedures should be followed.
WARNING
When calculating the aircraft weight and balance,
the planned fuel consumption should
be taken into consideration.
A decrease in fuel level will result in the
Centre of the Gravity moving aft.
