of the rudder

TO AVOID ENGINE OVERHEATING AND POLLUTION WITH DUST,
OPERATION OF THE ENGINE ON GROUND AT RATINGS HIGHER
THAN THE REQUIRED FOR TAXIING IS TO BE LIMITED TO A
MINIMUM
