Glue in place top sheeting TR-01 on ribs, spar and
flase leading edge. Use suitable weights and tape to
secure sheeting material until glue has dried
completely.

TM-28

Sand sheeting material and spars flush with tip rib TR-15 and glue
in place wing tip TR-20. The tip is made up of three individual
parts.

When glue has dries, sand wing tip to fit planform of wing and
shape of wing section.

Assemble and glue together wing joiner parts TM-28. Carefully fit into slot
of outer wing panel then glue in place. When centre and outer wing panels
are joined, the root ribs will be glued together as well.

Tip:

Covering of wing panels will be easier when done before wing panels

are joined.

Section VI - Triple thermic Wing

Attention:

Make sure you build a left and a right wing panel. In this section construction of one wing panel is described. Build the opposite

wing panel accordingly.

For the next building steps place the wing panel in the Depron building jig as shown to guarantee correct alignment of parts.
Place Depron jig on building board and secure with tape or pins. Then place TT-01 and trailing edge sheeting TT-05, TT-06, TT-07 in the jig as
shown.

Cut off sheeting material flush with false
leading edge then carefully sand sheeting
material flush with false leading edge. Use a
long sanding bar for best results. Then glue
leading edge TR-19 (balsa, 3 x 8 mm) to false
leading eding edge and sand to shape after
glue has dried.

Protect building board with cling film. Place two parts
TT-01 on building board as shown and secure with
pins.
Glue spruce strip TT-02 (2 x 8 mm) to TT-01 and cut
off flush with sheeting material on either side. Make
sure to build a left and a right wing panel!

Position main spar TT-03 exactly in the
middle of TR-02 and glue in place.
Wing joiner part TT-04 will be glued in
place after ribs have been placed.
